IPOOLGO manufactures its own drop-stitch materials from weaving to coating to finished application, with 20 years of expertise. Available for OEM/ODM and custom inflatable projects.

TPU Drop Stitch

• PVC-free, degradable and environmentally friendly
• Up to 30% lighter than PVC dropstitch
• Softer and easier to fold — up to 20% less pack space; no marks at the fold line
• Skin-safe: ideal for mattresses and gym mats

Double Wall Fabrics (Machine Pre-Laminated)

• Cosmetic finish — no wrinkles or blemishes, smooth to the touch
• Up to 15% lighter than hand-made double-layer dropstitch
• Stiffer: rigid and shape-holding when stood on
• Inflatable to a maximum of 15psi
